Service pretty good usually a seating wait. The waiter I had was courteous and very helpful with menu options. They are good with acknowledging birthdays if you let them know. It's family friendly and plenty of parking. Mangers often take the time to check on the tables to ensure good customer service. Portions are pretty good and tasty.

We took our son out here to celebrate his birthday what a mistake. To wait a half hour on a Saturday eve with our family for a sub par experience in dining on a very special occasion such as a family birthday is just a shame. I feel simply upset and cheated in our outing and experience. Everything about this experience was unacceptable. We got sat next to two dirty tables in the peak of a dinner rush that weren't cleaned for over an hour while others were still waiting to be seated for starters. It was ten min before our server greeted us and then she brought drinks to only three of us and left my husband without a glass of water for over 20 minutes!!! Finally we all four ordered a round of water to give her a clear idea that he was missing his water. If you get a server by the name of Brittany, RUN!!!!!! Everything was beyond slow we ordered appetizers and our main course and then after 30 minutes of waiting she came out to state that there was a good chance that our appetizers may come out after our meal, when I asked her why this would be, she stated because she never put in our order for the appetizers!!!!! When we got our dinners only three of us got our dinner again my husband had to wait for his dinner for another five minutes. Then after dinner Brittany get this brings out the salads to the family after we are done with the dinner and then she has the audacity to bring out after the salads the appetizers???? At that point we asked her to please forget those as it was over an hour and half later from the time we came in. It was simply awful service to say it was the worst ever restaurant experience is putting it mildly. We love the Red Lobster chain but they should fire the entire staff and management at Owings Mills and start over again as they have no one running this ship it is a bus with no wheels on it for sure.

This was another family night out. We were promptly seated as it was far from busy. The waitress asked us the usual questions what would you like to drink, any appetizers... We declined appetizers. I ordered a peach margarita on the rocks with sugar instead of salt. My Honey asked for her suggestion about the strongest drinks they offered, after her going off to question the bar tender she came back suggesting the expected patron margarita. He opposed and ordered a long island. Both drinks came after we finished the basket of Luke warm biscuits. We placed an order for an ultimate feast I asked for substitutions for the scampi and I was offered two other shrimp options so I chose the grilled shrimp, a chicken Marsala entree, and a kids snow crab leg dinner with fries. I also asked the waitress to have my lobster grilled, she insisted that it was already. I said it didn't look like it on the menu. After about 45 minutes the food came out Luke warm the same pattern here. I ordered the sparkling Korbel. Over all the drinks were super duper weak, mostly mix, the food took forever and it was Luke warm not hot like a fresh meal should be. This must have just been a bad night for service. I admit we were an hour before closing so that could be their excuse. Not an epic fail, I'm sure I'll end up here again. Places like this I know I'm taking a gamble.

The biscuits are the best part of this place. I've been to this location quite a few times. Something I've noticed at least in my expericne is the food is always better when you sit down and eat vs. takeout. Also it's is alway a long wait here weather you are waiting to be seated or waiting on your food

Everything about this experience was horrible. To start it took over 5 min for anyone to acknowledge that we were even in the restaurant. Then another 5 min to get sat. There was no one else waiting. She sat us next to a dirty table that wasn't cleaned for an hour. It was ten min before our server greeted us. We almost left, but we were starving. It then took 11 min to get drinks. Everything was beyond slow. I was without a drink for 23 min because she was brewing tea. It does not take that long to brew tea, and I was not offered or asked if I would like anything else instead. The food was bad. my steak was rubber. The salmon was Dry. The lobster (our reason for going) was way over cooked. The only thing she did quickly was take the check, it was rude and the most horible experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I manage a restaurant myself and would be appalled to hear this happened there.

"Good but Slow for Take Out!" I guess when you're hungry things can seem slow. I visited this restaurant during dinner hours and it was busy during the mid week. I ordered and noticed after it was submitted that the order was wrong-the staff corrected it quickly. After waiting I received my order but it was missing my soup which thank goodness I had checked before going out the door. This was taken cared of quickly too. Love their drinks and enjoyed one while waiting. I visited during a time it had snowed and they had the parking lot cleared and safely accessible. I'd go back definitely but would probably call in my order rather than showing up to place the order and then wait. I must say that I enjoyed being able to see NBA game during my wait so I did get some benefit where this is concern. I'd recommend this restaurant and know I'll be back during my upcoming trip to MD. The food was decent and our server Tiara (sp) was fabulous, but the bathrooms lacked hot water during our visit. That leads me to conclude that the wait and cook staff are less than sanitary. At best they are washing their hands in icy water, which is ineffective. At worst, they aren't washing their hands at all. I can't believe the Health Department allows this. In any event, we won't be back any time soon.

This restaurant was once amazing but now its falling apart. Some days majority of the restaurant is empty but there is still a wait to be seated. I was once pleased with the quality of food until i ordered the artichoke lobster dip which came half filled and with only one piece of lobster in the entire dip. This never happened before but when we spoke to the manager we were told the dip is the same amount as always which was a lie. If you want good customer service and amazing food go to the red lobster location in Columbia, MD

Lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, walked in and hostess is having a conversation about Scandal with two other co-workers. Having a conversation with colleagues is not a problem, watching customers walk in the door but not stopping your conversation is. She eventually stopped and asked how many. We opted to sit at bar. My dates meal came out about 10 minutes before mine??? He waited for my food to arrive before he ate any of his meal (thank God for the biscuits) the meal he ordered then came out a second time with my food (random). The place was literally empty and yet our food took way too long to come out. There were about 4-5 servers walking around with no one to serve. Bartender never asked how meal was or if we needed anything else until the end of meal. I've never been a fan of RL and after this underwhelming visit do not plan to return.

Hey! It wasn't so bad. We waited 35 minutes on a friday night, but we had a night spot to sit in. It gave me some time to browse yelp! Our waiter (I forgot your name, I'm sorry!) was very kind. He was a young man, he took our order, made sure we had enough rolls... and we needed a lot of rolls. The food was good! It was my first time, and I didn't set my hopes too high, but it was worth my money and I REALLY like the peach lemonade.

We went to Red Lobster to celebrate a family member's birthday. With a party of 9 we were told it would be a 20 minute wait, which in reality was a 35 minute wait. Initially things were going well as they assigned 2 waitresses to our tables, but the food service quickly disappeared. The garlic cheddar biscuits were not delivered initially until requested. My entree was placed wrong and a higher priced entree was served in error, but I was still charged the wrong price. The food was good, but the service continued to disappear as the evening went on. When everyone was done our food, we waited 30 minutes with dirty dishes on the table before being asked if we wanted to order dessert. We then waited another 30 minutes to get our bills. I highly suggest going to another location like Hunt Valley for better service. This location just doesn't care about customer service.

How is it the namesake lobster's among the most mediocre items on the menu? Why is it my takeaway orders more often than not have items charged on my receipt yet missing from my bag? What makes me allow my family to talk me into ordering from this Red Lobster when they're visiting me from out-of-state? In the future I'll just skip the rubbery lobster, rubbery scallops, and rubbery steaks, stick with a bag of Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and call it a day. Or maybe I'll just keep my family from visiting me from out-of-state.

I've eaten here 3 times. Dinner is always fantastic. I usually order the surf and turf or the crab legs. Lunch is an entirely different matter. Portions are small. And not usually as well prepared. If you are a seafood lover like me. And happen to be in Maryland don't spend your money at a generic chain when you can have an amazing seafood experience at Cj's restaurant.

Worst Red Lobster EVER! Service is pathetically slow. Staff just does NOT seem to care about what they are doing, or in fact - NOT doing. Bar tender (Waverly) seems lost and confused. Looks at you as if he is about to greet and serve you, then turns away to do something else. Waited 20 minutes for him to arrive and ask me what I will have to drink. Then he disappeared for 10 more minutes. Be sure you are NOT in a hurry when dining here and don't expect any type of decent service. The guy at the bar next to me gave up & walked out. There is LOST REVENUE, Red Lobster - because your staff is lazy and does not care. Ordered the broiled trio - and Talipa was BURNT! Disgusting and not edible. ZERO is the tip they got and I NEVER feel compelled to leave ZERO tip until now. Consider eating out of the local dumpster versus at this swill Red Lobster - you will have better service and better food in the dumpster. AWFUL!!!

The hostess and waitress were very nice and the service was excellent. I have been to this location several times and have been pleased each visit. I had the lobster and Parmesan encrusted shrimp and a bowl of the clam chowder. Everything was served piping hot and in the proper sequence. (soup first with actual time to enjoy it before the main course) I would visit this location again!
